I always look forward to visiting The Sylvester, even if just for the atmosphere. When the place starts to get busy, the bartenders turn on bubble machines for a whimsical twist, to make an already unique place a bit more fun. I would however recommend sticking to the happy hour menu (they call it rush hour) because the selection and prices are great. Sadly, when paying the full price for normal drinks, the value just isn’t quite there. Despite that, if you only have limited time in the area, I think this place deserves top priority.
